We were very happy with the customer service at Mccarver. I was sold before I even met anyone because Natalia and Paige were the nicest over the phone. They both explained everything and answered my questions pleasantly. We had 2 servicemen Robert and Anthony who were also great. And our unit looks really good. Thank you
Just recently had our 1930's home with boiler heat retrofitted with high velocity ductwork for AC and heat. Chris initially came out to talk to us about Spacepak and how the installation process worked. McCarver installs more Spacepaks than anyone else in the state of Michigan, and it shows. I was very comfortable after speaking with Chris about the project, especially since it was important for me to have the unit take up as little space in my attic as possible, as I had intended on building a small music studio in my attic.

My AC unit died on the Fourth of July! McCarver Mechanical Heating and Cooling serviced the unit and had it up and running the following morning. I appreciated their prompt response and the professionalism and consideration our tech, Sean, exemplified. I highly recommend this company.
