I am pleased to HIGHLY recommend Mark's Computer Repair. I found him through a Google search, so I had no idea if he was the real deal or not, but he certainly is. Truthfully, he was a life saver. My lap top was out of storage, so I was unable to load some important software I needed for work. I needed a new hard drive. Best Buy wanted to keep the laptop for 3 days, which obviously was a non-starter as it is my life. Smaller repair shops all needed it for 1-2 days. Mark, on the other hand, was able to get the computer at 7 PM and had it ready for pickup first thing the next morning, so I literally did not skip a beat. I cannot say enough great things about Mark his professionalism is outstanding and his computer knowledge is amazing. I'm a single woman in her forties going back to school and I really needed a computer that didn't act like a 3 year old and that is exactly what Mark gave me. my laptop could never run better. I took my laptop to a couple of different places throughout the last year and was always told it wasn't worth fixing but mark saw the same value I did in my 17 inch screen and large size and fixed her up like brand new and in my mind was still cheaper than buying new .. Thank you Mark you have a customer for life in me and my family.

Needed it in a jam and he literally diagnosed it and fixed it within an hour and a half!!!!!! Fair price and a really good guy. I'll be coming here again and I will be telling my friends to give Mark their business. A+++++++++++++!
