If I have a stain that I'm concerned about I will point it out in advance. They always try to remove it but can't guarantee it (understandable). I take pants, dresses, men's suits, my king size comforter, blouses, kids clothes for cleaning and laundering and haven't had any issues. Highly recommend.“
