I have been working with Todd Brady at Kyda Technologies for over 10 years for computer break fix support and backup services. I have also referred a young intern who was hired to work at this company and appreciated the skills the person learned and the fair opportunity that was provided. I chose to hire Todd at the beginning of Covid because I needed to get set for telemedicine and felt an even greater need to protect my digital data at home and my office. I moved into a new office in August and Todd and his crew were amazing in helping get internet and wifi set up. They took care of everything and I never had to deal with Comcast! If there are any issues or hiccups, they are take care of very quickly. I have also learned a ton about how cloud backups work and that was a rude awakening!!
