After a nasty fight, I had to rush one of my dogs to Dr.Urban. This was 20 minutes prior to closing. I called and explained to the receptionist the situation and that I was on the way, and Dr.Urban stayed open for me to get my dog help. I am a new patient and had never been to this office before. If that doesn't say that Dr. Urban truly cares about animals, I don't know what does! With my dog covered head to toe in mud from her scuffle, he was more than welcoming to help her. My little girl Izzy caught the canine bug going around having just moved we needed a new vet. They got us in immediately dr urban was so gentle and caring. She's back to her happy self again. Very reasonable pricing.
Our dogs and cats are doctor Urban’s patients since early 2000s. He's always very knowledgeable and helpful. He explains everything and makes everything clear. We never had any problems. Dr. Urban is a little bit old school and has specific sense of humor, but I would never say he’s rude. After a short experience with another animal hospital (when Dr. Urban was sick and the office was closed) I can tell that the Eastside Veterinary Hospital prices are really reasonable.
