I'll be honest, I originally went to home depot to rent a tool I needed for my backyard. Sadly they did not have what I needed, which led me to Chet's and boy am I glad that happened. The staff at Chet's is extremely friendly and helpful! From the front counter to the team who actually load your equipment in the truck for you! They teach you how to use the equipment and even gave me a few extra hours the next day to finish the job without penalties! They also have everything you need to get a job done, I HIGHLY recommend this place.

These guys are the real deal. Very professional. There was a problem with one of our rentals and they immediately came out and swapped us with a new one. Highly recommend. Craig was very professional and friendly. Definitely deserves a raise.

The customer service is second to none. The moment you walk in to Chet’s you feel like your at a mom and pop shop, filled with warm smiles. I rented a stump grinder and it broke during the day, they sent out out there lead technician Paris within the hour. Paris had the stump grinder up and running within a hour. They also credited me for my inconvenience. I would highly recommend Chet’s rental to anyone
