He was very through and considerate about the way that I felt. I came in with a migraine and he asked me does the lights bother you?
That may not seem like a big deal but for someone who was suffering with a headache like I had it meant a lot, it showed he had empathy for how I felt.
The Nurse Practitioner listened and addressed my needs, she made me feel comfortable, she made sure I had everything I needed to feel better.

Great service. Appt made online and I was checked in online. Was seen at appt. time and was treated and tested for COVID and flu. Results pending. Meds ready at pharmacy in about hour. Good tv watching and I think iPads in one wall maybe for
children. Friendly staff. Clean, modern waiting room. Clean restroom. NP Madonna Roby was excellent, as well as medical assistant and front desk!!!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff & I did not have to wait very long to be seen. No one likes to go to urgent care, but this visit to the Warren location was as good an experience as it gets.
