I'd say ok to decent. I had my questions answered , sometimes limited availability on rentals. Still unsure if I'd use them though. I may I may not depends if I want to live in the areas the housing is in. They may not offer furnished, not sure.

Wow Ark! You guys have so much work to do. I will say, over time things are much better. Be encouraged even when your working with unexperienced home owners or a belligerent tenant. Ppl are really sick now days.May the entire staff be blessedLolita P.

Ark Property Management Has became very special to me. For Christmas 2019 Art's Property Management paid One month's rent for my husband and I. Not knowing what was going on in our life. You see my husband was in the hospital when they call dieing of cancer. No we wasn't later on rent we always paid ahead but they chose us and we were so grateful. But then later when he pass they came again and paid another month rent for me not knowing he had pass away. They are like my angle when they paid the rent it help me to be able to help place my husband to rest doing this pandemic.Thank you Ark property
