“I had sewage coming up into my basement floor through the floor drain. I called late on a Thursday evening and was desperate for help. The person I spoke to informed me that the crew was out on another call but assured me that they can still come out today.A couple of hours later I received a call asking if I would prefer them coming first thing in the morning as it was getting late. I stated that we were desperate and would have to goto a hotel if they didn't come out. He assured me that they could still come.The crew that arrived was professional, clean, and courteous. “I first contacted Brian about relocating the washer dryer from the basement to upstairs in a home we just purchased. Brian came the next day and reviewed our situation. After looking he recommended we not change it like we wanted for fear that it would cause a potential drain issue. I respected his opinion as he showed us what problems we would encounter.

While he was there I had him check a small gas leak we had and the hot water tank. The tank was 22 years old which we knew due to a home inspection before purchasing. Instead of fixing the gas leak, he suggested replacing the tank and fixing the gas leak at the same time which would save us a couple hundred dollars.

We chose to follow his recommendation and set up an appointment. He called before coming and showed up on time. He did an excellent job. I found Brian to be honest, timely, courteous, and a master plumber. My wife said, he cleaned up after the installation.
