“We recently signed up and they sent a tech out the same afternoon. The tech, Andrew, was on time, and very professional! He let us know when he was on his way, and arrived a few minutes earlier than estimated. Andrew walked us through the entire process for indoor/outdoor treatment. He explained what each spray contained, and what each specific trap was for ( mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, earwigs). He made friends with our pups, and even fed treats to our chickens!
