“I went to magical nails yesterday for a shellac pedicure & acrylic pink & whites! I was blown away. The gentleman who did my pink & whites did such a good job. Amazing attention to detail & he constantly asked questions to ensure I was happy with my end result. The Women who did my pedicure was amazing. It was the best pedicure I have ever had! She even massaged my feet which doesn’t always happen. They are all very friendly & welcoming. Also very fast service & the prices are extremely fair. I will for sure come back & refer everyone! “First time customer. April was kind enough to meet with me prior to my first appointment. We had a conversation about my hair care. She advised me based on her professional opinion and explained to me her approach for treatment of my hair. My first appointment was today. April ensured that her and I were on the same page for services today. I appreciated her friendliness and professionalism. I was happy at the end of the appointment.
As for the salon, I did not receive an itemzied receipt when I left. I thought one would be emailed to me. As a first time customer, I would prefer to see the charges itemized. The salon was warm (although I understand that temerature is a personal thing). There is no space for a client to put their personal things. (no small shelf or hook for purse, water bottle etc.). Lastly, you cannot put a tip on your charge card when payment is due. They have a sign at the register which tells you this up front. I had to create a Venmo account to accommodate the tip process. The salon sent me a link to do a review, which I appreciated.“
