“I visited Jasmine Hair Salon twice and was truly impressed by Noel's exceptional professionalism. During my last visit, I requested a balayage color in a milk-tea tone along with a haircut, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Despite it being over a month since my visit, the color still looks fantastic, and styling my hair has been a breeze thanks to the great cut. “I recently moved to the area. I called expressing my need for a new stylist. I have short hair and requested a cut and highlight. Due to a cancelation, I was offered an appointment the same day with "Brent!" I was greeted with kindness and offered a coffee. The service was prompt, with respect and a real desire by my stylist to know me. Brent is an artist showing attention to detail and input from his client. The salon is clean, well managed and friendly. The skill of Brent is evident and took time to create and unfold his artistry. I will return for future cuts and color/highlights. “First time customer. April was kind enough to meet with me prior to my first appointment. We had a conversation about my hair care. She advised me based on her professional opinion and explained to me her approach for treatment of my hair. My first appointment was today. April ensured that her and I were on the same page for services today. I appreciated her friendliness and professionalism. I was happy at the end of the appointment.
As for the salon, I did not receive an itemzied receipt when I left. I thought one would be emailed to me. As a first time customer, I would prefer to see the charges itemized. The salon was warm (although I understand that temerature is a personal thing). There is no space for a client to put their personal things. (no small shelf or hook for purse, water bottle etc.). Lastly, you cannot put a tip on your charge card when payment is due. They have a sign at the register which tells you this up front. I had to create a Venmo account to accommodate the tip process. The salon sent me a link to do a review, which I appreciated.“
