I'm a retired 65 year old Marine Corps veteran and will say that this has been my eye doctor for the past 20 years. However, I again went there three weeks earlier and ordered a new pair of eye glasses, as I do every two years. (Over a thousand dollars every 2-years) Three weeks later they called, saying the new glasses had arrived. When I went to pick them up I had asked a staff member if they were able to fix the scratches on my old glasses, for backup. Staff member looked it up and said, I'm sorry the 2 year warranty expired 7-days ago! (Three weeks earlier when I ordered the new glasses the old glasses had not yet expired and were still under the warranty ... I don't feel this was right ...!
