“My son needed a corsage at the last possible minute and after phoning a few places, we headed over to ballpark floral and gifts. They have a lovely shop filled with all sorts of fresh cut flowers, plants and assorted gift items. They greeted us and told us they could design a custom corsage that would be ready next day (the day of prom) for pick up. my son's date loves dinosaurs and when asked if they could incorporate a tiny T-Rex he had brought they readily agreed. It turned absolutely amazing and she loved it! I will say the price $48 was higher than I was expecting for a couple of small blooms and elastic but tradition insists.“
“TO ANY EMPLOYEES OR PEOPLE CONSIDERING THIS JOB; Any other company would be better than Encore, I wouldn't do it. Their so-called "bosses" are extremely unprofessional. Like someone else said in the reviews, the higher up employees are rude and lack empathy for other humans. They are cliquey and unfair to the employees who do all their work for them, as they just stand there and gossip about people behind their back. Also they tell you one thing then later, when you get in trouble for doing it wrong they deny saying anything and can't handle taking any responsibility for THEIR mistake. If that's not bad enough, I watched them send bad product everyday that looks like it will fall off the stick before it reaches the store. This whole company is built on ideals that don't match the new ideals at all. I don't think anyone would be affected if this "business" shut down for good. Their other location has already shut down, this one will go right down the drain with it. But they wonder why they can't get an employee to stick around for long. It is by far the worst management I've ever encountered. I would not recommend Encore“
