TO ANY EMPLOYEES OR PEOPLE CONSIDERING THIS JOB; Any other company would be better than Encore, I wouldn't do it. Their so-called "bosses" are extremely unprofessional. Like someone else said in the reviews, the higher up employees are rude and lack empathy for other humans. They are cliquey and unfair to the employees who do all their work for them, as they just stand there and gossip about people behind their back. Also they tell you one thing then later, when you get in trouble for doing it wrong they deny saying anything and can't handle taking any responsibility for THEIR mistake.
