We just had our old furnace replaced. I wasn't excited about having to get a new one this late in the season, but it was dead as a doornail. Happy with the installation, though. Wasn't happy when my furnace died right at the end of winter but with more cold weather on the way this week it could have been much worse. Rob at Payseno was able to come out and fix the problem the morning after I called. The repair didn't cost as much as I thought so I'm psyched the heat will work when this storm hits tomorrow.
