“I needed a haircut today and my usual place couldn't fit me in. Looked on Yelp, and found Jessica's Barber Shop 7 minutes from my workplace. She happened to have an opening and I was able to schedule it online. Loved the convenience for my needs, and was out in about 20 minutes. She did a great job and made sure I liked how my hair looked before finishing. Haircut included a wash, hot towel, and shave on the back of my neck. Got home and my family complimented on how good my hair looked. I would definitely come back!“

He asked multiple times if I would like water and there were signs indicating that he wanted to know if the tech was on their phone or causing bleeds. “My friend, Cathy, and I had a couples massage on June 14, 2024. My therapist was Jakhi and Cathy's therapist was Lihua. We enjoyed our massages thoroughly! Jakhi found knots and sore spots I didn't even know were there. It's like she had sonar in her fingers and went right to the areas that needed special attention. The pressure was perfect (she asked me before we started what pressure I liked). I felt like I was melting into the table I was so relaxed. Cathy has mobility issues and uses a walker. Lihua helped Cathy onto the massage table. Cathy has a lot of physical discomfort at this time and Lihua's massage was very beneficial to relieving her pain. During the massage, Cathy said, "I'm in heaven" several times. When it came time for us to turn over onto our backs, I could hardly muster the strength to turn myself over as I was so completely relaxed and pretty sleepy. Cathy couldn't turn herself over and needed help from both Lihua and Jakhi. The therapists were very gentle and helpful to Cathy, and she really appreciated it.

This visit to LaVida was the first for both Cathy and me. We thoroughly enjoyed the massages and highly recommend our massage therapists. The overall experience at LaVida was excellent. The space is beautiful and relaxing. The lovely young woman at the reception desk – whose name I failed to get – greeted us with a smile and was friendly and accommodating.
