Marco went above and beyond to accommodate me while my vehicle was in for service. After having intermittent Heat/AC for the last 3 years and fearing the high cost of repair, I finally took the plunge to get it fixed. I was about to setup an online appointment to drop it off 4 days from when I set it. I can't say the same for many dealerships, since they have an average lead time of almost a week and a half. I couldn't even go to my local Ford Dealership which is in the same family as this one. Marco got my car in and diagnosed within 2 days. The repair after ordering the parts only took another day or two. Due to finding another issue while diagnosing another repair while in for the main issue, they offered me a great bargain on some services if I okayed the newly found issue. I wouldn't definitely go back to for future service and will seek out Marco.
Worse post sales services ever. I bough my car a 2016 Lincoln Navigator on February 17 of 2024. 3 days later the car suddenly stop working I try to call never pick up the phone. Also they force you to buy their Powertrain Extent guarantee by LYING and saying the bank is the one who force to purchase the extended powertrain guarantee. I got a call from the bank today and they said their isn't such thing. I took the car to a dealership here on Columbus Ohio and repair the car cost almost the same price tha they were selling it for. Last they took 2 weeks to send the owners tittle to my home address. WORSE DEALERSHIP EVER!!! THEY LIE TO MAKE YOU BUY THEIR POWERTRAIN AND ALSO LIE ABOUT THE SHAPE OF THE CAR. ON TOP OF THAT THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES
Don't do business here. These are your typical, run of the mill used car salesmen.Husband called to inquire about a car. He asked the salesman if they're willing to negotiate on the price, if they'd be willing to take a different price. Salesman (Joe) said he would have to ask the manager because he doesn't set the prices. Fair. Joe then said he would give us a call back to let us know. Great, no problem. A few hours pass and we never heard back, so we called the dealership back and asked if he was able to get an answer for us on the price. We couldn't remember Joe's name at the time so the gal who answered said "Oh, I think you spoke with Joe. Let me ask if he got any answers for you and he'll get back to you." At this point it's phone tag, but okay, he's busy, we get it, we'll wait for the call.We get a call back a few minutes later from Joe and he says that the manager couldn't drop the price as much as we wanted, which is fine, so we ask "What's the lowest you'd be willing to go?" And Joe responded "We're not willing to go any lower because someone actually came and put it on hold. If they back out on it, we can give you a call." Joe did not mention this in the first phone call. He had every opportunity to call us back and say "We're not open to offers, price is firm, and folks put it on hold for full price already." That's a simple phone call to make. But no, we apparently insulted this man to the point where he decided he didn't want our money or to do business with us because we asked to negotiate. I was on this last phone call, when husband was talking to Joe, and when Joe offered us the vehicle if these folks back out, I said "No, absolutely not." Joe then said "Someone said no in the background?" And I said, "Yes, an unhappy wife." He then says, "Unhappy with me or the husband?" Flagrant jerk. Yes, we're unhappy with you, and your snide little remark asking who I'm unhappy with was sarcastic and unnecessary. Ford may want to retrain it's salesmen on how to communicate with their potential customers. Anyone reading this, I promise your hard-earned money is better off anywhere else but in the hands of these a-holes. Don't give these used car salesmen a penny.Good luck with luring in your next suckers, guys! Go get 'em!
