Troy and Heights Animal is Awesome. Very reasonable prices and extremely clean facility. I was able to place an appointment online and be seen by the veterinarian within 48 hours. The vet and staff were knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. Because life is what it is our FurBaby did not respond well to any medication for her asthma. We decided it was time to release her from this worldly body. The office staff had set up a quiet room with tissues and other comforts to ease the pain of her passing. I called them up to ask if they could do walk-insI had another place told me that they could not do it so I called them instead they said absolutely we do walk-ins when are you available?I said 4 o’clock they said we can fit you in at 4 pmThey educated me, They’re super nice Super friendlyI had for a vet assistant Caitlin she was Super awesome very professional great person overallMy vet doctor, Mis Vanessa was great as well she educated me properly and let me know what I needed to do to take care of my cats pink eye and ear infection I didn’t even know about The ear infection, or that she has swollen eyesShe was very professional. I have been going to this Animal Hospital for many years, and my dogs have always been treated like they were special. Every one that works there have always been kind and easy to talk to. I just brought in a new puppy and they treated him like he was special and not just a dog.
