I cannot be more pleased with the service I received today. My appointment was to have my A/C checked out for the season but I got so m8ch more. My technician (so sorry I don't remember his name) was wonderful. He went over how my components were doing, suggested preventive measures and a very affordable maintenance plan. I highly recommend that you do business with R&R. I am so pleased. I know I already said that but it bears repeating. ☺️
Gume from R&R, came out to our house several times to make sure the sizing and systems was matched up for a heat pump installment . Unfortunately, my husband went with another HVAC business that has a very good reputation in the area, because it was cheaper. Let me tell you, they may know how to install a heat pump but they really don't know how they work and even understand why some of us in the north are going with a heat pump. The thermostat was not set right and when we got into cooler weather, it wasn't working like it was intended. The tech that came out was super nice but had to call his manager to know how to set it and it still wasn't right. We had to figure it out ourselves and still don't know it we have it set right or even if they put the right size system in for our house. Don't try to save money and in the end not have the right product. Use R&R because they know what they are doing and understand the new technology. They are the best.
