I’ve been to a few different PT places over the years, and Performance PT has been hands down the best. Lindsey has been so informative and helpful in my recovery process, I cannot thank her enough. I’ve never meet a PT that’s more knowledgeable and generally cares more than she does. Lindsey, you are honestly one of the best in your field of work!!

I highly recommend Lindsey! I had never been to a physical therapist before, and was a bit nervous. Lindsey was amazing and put me at ease right away. She is so warm, intuitive, passionate about her work and extremely knowledgeable. After my first visit, I was very impressed. I had been in a lot of pain in my legs and lower back. She has very helpful. I’m no longer getting up in the middle of night in pain and am able to do more activities than I have been in awhile. I’m so happy I made the decision to see Lindsey. She has made a huge difference!

Coming from a high performance elite athlete background in gymnastics and CrossFit, to now being a Career Firefighter having a team like Performance Physical Therapy is extremely important in my physical well being. I drive 1h15min to each appointment because the type of treatment received here is like no other. They are professional, reliable and extremely knowledgeable. I would hands down recommend Performance Physical Therapy to anyone and everyone.
