We came home from work to a backed up basement drain. An actual human answered the phone and had a tech, Ian, out to us within the hour. Ian was knowledgeable, fast, tidy and professional. He did a great job! Would highly recommend.
I called Paul C. Scott Plumbing when we had a blocked pipe. They responded quickly, fixed the issue efficiently, and were professional and easy to work with throughout. I’d definitely use them again and highly recommend their services!
I called Paul C Scott to look at a leaky pipe in the kitchen of my rental house. They were prompt but the tenants said the plumber only spent a half hour at the house. The plumber said the kitchen faucet needed to be replaced but he couldnt do it that night and said they could use the dishwasher. Upon using the dishwasher, the water started flooding the kitchen and water leaking into the basement. I had no choice but to call a plumber who was available and who ultimately fixed the problem that night. I paid paul c scott $189 (for the service cal and for tightening) instead of $320 because they never fixed the problem. Fast forward..they had an attorney send me a letter threatening me with a lein if I didnt pay the balance of $126 even though they never finished the repair. See water stains on basement rafters. I will never use their services again.
