“Thanh (sorry if I misspelled) does such a great job he is the ONLY person I have had cut my hair for the past 10+ years… and I don’t even live in Michigan! Sometimes it is a full year before I get back to get a cut and how he styles it accommodates for a graceful grow out period. I would rather deal with longer hair for a while than get anyone else to cut it in between. He pays attention to facial structure and hair thickness/ volume/ texture before cutting and will tell you of what you request will not match these factors.“

“I’m usually overall satisfied with this place , and they typically do pretty well but I have not been back in awhile. I scheduled a shellac mani and regular pedi a couple months before hand because I was getting very important maternity photos taken when I was pregnant and wanted my nails and feet to look nice. It was an important day and shoot for me, and when I arrived they told me I was only scheduled for a shellac mani and would not do my pedi because I wasn’t scheduled (which was not my fault or mistake but a mistake from the newer front end girl not Sam) and they didn’t have the time to make it right. I was pretty upset after how long and how many times I had been going there. I walked out, and had to go somewhere else in a quick time which I was very upset about. I loved this place, but that incident really upset me and I haven’t been back since.“

“Went here a week ago for a pedi and shellac mani. Had a really great experience. The salon was clean and you could tell the owner really cared about the customer experience. He asked multiple times if I would like water and there were signs indicating that he wanted to know if the tech was on their phone or causing bleeds. I’ve literally never seen that in all the years I’ve gotten my nails done, and frankly, I appreciated that. My tech was really nice and did an amazing job. My nails still look like I got them done today and I have been putting them through the wringer this past week. If you live in the area, definitely go!“

“Happy nails at Livernois and Long Lake is a wonderful, pleasant place to have your manicure and pedicure done. They are full service salon and it is lovely and elegant. RUBY did my nails today and they look absolutely fabulous. I will be attending a wedding in a few days and so I asked her to add a little sparkle. I am so pleased with her work, and she worked quickly and efficiently.

My stylist was Ruby- pearlized bubble bath dip, my sisters’ stylist was Ivy- fusha color overlay & shellac nails, and my mom had Lynn as a stylist with the coral color shellac service.
