They were on time very friendly and helpful! I added a few more things to clean besides the carpet like the tile and grout in the bathroom and foyer floor. I thought the price was very reasonable and I would use them again.
Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Their slogan is spot on. Simple and Quick. barely spent time and came up with excuses after my husband mentioned a spot that they needed to go over. Our carpet didn't look any better after they were done. We went out and rented a carpet cleaner and fixed it ourselves and it looks way better. I plan to call in the morning and let them know how we feel about the service that was provided.
