I really like how well they listen to your needs and do your hair just the way you asked them to the first time around. I really liked that she put the dark color under my hair and roots only, blonde in front and even highlights on the sides and back.

There are 2 women who use the John Ryan method of "shaping" hair VS cutting it. I love the methods. I have gone to John Ryan facilities since 1976 - this is the only one left. Excellent service and products.
