Had an amazing experience at JCPenny Portraits. We had Zoe as our photographer and she was super patient with our newborn shoot. She took her time, gave us ideas of how to pose, was really gentle with our little one. 100% recommend her to do your newborn photoshoot. Definitely will go back to her!

Felt a little rushed by the older lady to just get it over with. The actual photographer was just a teen girl, she was very nice and did a great job with the photos. Worth the money. I wish the older lady wasn't around.

We go here now for our family photos since most other places closed during covid but didn't open back up. Usually it's fantastic but this year the Troy JCPenney was disappointing.... the photographer was not creative, got some photos with background pins and some with our undergarments showing in photos where we sat down, didn't capture expressions like most photographer's do, just didn't seem to enjoy my family as we have had photographer's that did in the past. We felt like she was just going through the motions of her job duties, upselling products, & getting us out the door. Hopefully, it will be better next year. Not adding... read full review
