“I am a repeat customer of California Closets, each time this company has been professional from sales to installation. Recently, I found out (a week after my latest installation with California Closets), that I had a foundation/mold issue, that ended up being right behind cabinets they installed a couple years ago. I called and very promptly was able to get someone out to uninstall the cabinets for me. They also put aside the pieces that had mold and needed to replaced.

A huge THANK YOU to Ashley M. in the Troy office - We were discussing the reinstallation/replacement pieces, and she could tell that I was stressed out (as I'm on month 3 of dealing with this foundation issue). She handled the call with such patience, grace, and empathy. She stayed so calm as I was talking fast in the midst of my breakdown. She went above/beyond to let me know the company was going to do what they can to help us. It's rare that someone takes the time to connect, treats you like a human, and turns an awful situation turn into a better one.
