I have used them before on warranty repair. They did an excellent job. Parts ordered and replaced. Initial Appointment wait period was a little long, about week out. The work was excellent.

I have now used this company twice to repair my 20-year-old Sub-Zero refrigerator / freezer, and they have been extremely responsive, honest, and timely--can't ask for anything more. Since the unit is very expensive it was great that we didn't have to replace it and found a company that doesn't charge more just because we own that brand. They do a great job. I have used them several times. Mal is Da Man! Comes out, is professional and personable. Fixed my SubZero and even came back a day later because the light coming on, tweaked it and haven't had a problem since.
