I scheduled a shellac mani and regular pedi a couple months before hand because I was getting very important maternity photos taken when I was pregnant and wanted my nails and feet to look nice. It was an important day and shoot for me, and when I arrived they told me I was only scheduled for a shellac mani and would not do my pedi because I wasn’t scheduled (which was not my fault or mistake but a mistake from the newer front end girl not Sam) and they didn’t have the time to make it right. This place stands out in so many ways. Michigan is very bleak when is comes to great nail places with quality product, cleanliness and good service. This place has all 3. The front desk is always kind and the folks performing services are experts and pay great attention to detail! It’s hard to find people who can be so skilled and fast with service. My mom and I only go to eco nails for our pedicures ?? no matter who you get for your nail service, you will be totally satisfied.

I generally have a great experience in this salon. However there are inconsistencies among the workers. Some give very thorough leg massages and others don't. Some, really smooth out your rough spots and others gloss over them. So, when I am doing a group visit the consensus varies about service among those in the group as a result.
I highly recommend Beckie or Michelle. I believe Michelle is new but she is doing a great job so far. Avoid the last appointment slot of the day if you can because they feel rushed and everyone is ready to leave. Other than that, they are a solid choice.
