When I first made a new patient appointment here, I was worried about all of the poor reviews left on this site. However, I found that my experience could not have been better. After entering the office, the receptionist was very nice and super willing to help me in anyway she could. She quickly gave me the forms to fill out, ran my insurance, and entered all of my information into their system. About 5 minutes later I was sitting in the back room changing for my exam. The doctor entered the room almost immediately. She gave me the time to tell her why I was there and then explained to me the issues she was seeing and what may cause them. I was seen today by Dr. Farah Malick and I was very impressed with her professionalism and vast knowledge and ability to diagnosis and provide me treatment for my current condition. The office staff is also excellent. Thank you very much!

I really appreciate what Dr. Farah has done for me and my family; I suddenly developed a very acute plaque psoriasis, that in couple of weeks had my 70% body covered with dry skin patches, all day long my body was itching and just was very ashamed to use shorts / shirts. Before seen her I went to see a doctor in Troy which only dedicated to me 5 mins even tough I was telling him I was really scared, it is true that you may wait long time for your appointment, but that is because she really cares for his patients and takes time to listen you and explain your treatment options, this March is 6 years since my skin is clear and I have only gratitude to her
