Mills Siding and Roofing Contractors

“We recently had our roof replaced by Mills Roofing and Siding. We worked with Taylor Schneider during the entire process and he was excellent to work with. He came to inspect our roof and found we had hail damage to both our home and shed. Taylor was here when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof and pointed out all of the areas of hail damage he had found. He brought shingle samples to our home and assisted with color choice. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The workers did a great job and cleaned everything up at the end of the job. The entire roof job on our home and shed was completed in one day. Mills took care of the paperwork to submit to our insurance company and Taylor personally picked up the checks. Thank you Taylor and Mills for the new roof! I would definitely recommend Mills Roofing and Siding to anyone needing work done.“

First Point Construction & Restoration Contractors

“First Point Construction did a great job. They helped us file claim with the Homeowner Insurance and we got a new roof, which looks great. We had a little water leak through the ceiling from before and they fixed it and painted the whole ceiling with such care, covering the whole floor and furniture before painting it. Everything was done quicker than we expected. Thank you First Point Construction!“

Richards & Swift Roofing Contractors

“I called this company the end of last week to request two weeks on my garage roof and one of my gutters raised. They offered to do it Saturday by ask them to wait till Monday. The men came and fixed both leaks plus a damaged shingle on the end of the roof. They also raised the gutter a few inches. I went on the roof to watch them and I feel they did a good job.“

ISC Services Contractors

“I had a flood in my townhouse that affected all levels of my home. I chose ISC Services who was referred by my insurance company. Tony, my project manager, took the time to explain everything that would happen in the process of mitigation, restoration, and repair. He was very understanding of my schedule and was willing to accommodate anything that I needed. The entire crew he sent during my project was outstanding, and I couldn't be happier with the work. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend this company to anyone that may need this type of service.“

Father & Son Construction Contractors

“I am reporting a great experience on a remodel with Father & Sons Construction. I have a second floor porch that was open and never used due to the wind, rain and birds that regularly visited. I wanted it enclosed so I could use it as an office or something similar, even though I could not easily get ductwork.

Early in 2023, I talked to many companies. Five came out but incredibly, only 2 offered proposals, despite many follow up calls (1 declined, 2 never responded). The contract was signed in March 2023. There was a delay for an appeal with the city because they wanted it bricked but the first floor was not bricked. Construction started in March 2024 and I just received the final inspection approval.

Father & Sons Construction was very meticulous and spent a lot of time making sure everything was satisfactory. There were change orders that I approved, but no "surprise fees". The payment plan made sense (a small amount down, payment as the work progressed and the final payment when completely done).

I would definitely use them again.

The charges were reasonable. Some of my friends thought I could get it cheaper, but I think you often get what you paid for, and when problems arose, I didn't want to worry that the builder would then ask for extra money. As is often the case, they encountered unforeseen difficulties but worked around them without asking for extra money.“
