And yet this company could not find an astigmatism in my eye and I had to undergo two exams and 2 wrongly diagnosed prescriptions. Please find a better alternative to Castleman’s!!
Extremely dissatisfied with their way of dealing with vision care plans. They say that they accept Davis Vision and when you go there they will ask for your health insurance plan. Once you give your healthcare insurance information, even though you go for only optometry care they will make sure they do additional test to bill your health care. Once they get rejected by the healthcare insurance they go after you. No transparency for billing.
I had a great experience at Castleman Eye Center. The staff was very friendly. I had almost no wait time to be seen. I had lots of questions and they took the time to make sure that all of them were answered. I would highly recommend Dr. Singh and Castleman Eye Center.
