No one is ever prepared for the loss of a loved one. AJ Desmond and Sons in Troy were absolutely wonderful. Very supportive and helpful and there to offer any help I needed. Cannot thank them enough.
Having to make the call to the funeral home after our sudden & unexpected loss was very difficult. My call was answered at 5am with kindness and compassion. We were able to get a prompt appointment and Daniel was so patient and kind to us during this difficult time. Being able to trust the staff with my Mother’s care was such a blessing. Brian also assisted us with administrative needs very quickly and was also wonderful to work with. Thank you!
