i went here for the second time today. i was treated in march for severe bronchitis and saw Dr Melissa(sorry! i cant remember her last name, i felt terrible both times). she is by far the greatest doctor i have seen. she was so kind, she remembered me and what we talked about back in march, and treated me immediately so i would get some relief quickly. and just like last time i feel 95% better already. Dr Melissa and the staff at this urgent care are so kind and attentive. they were very empathetic and i will recommend this place to everyone i know. Thank you so much for the amazing care I have received!!!

Does not recommend ‼️‼️‼️ I went to Trenton Urgent care out of recommendation from others and reading the reviews I’m scratching my head because this was far from the experience I had. My son has RSV and Covid (17months) and of course I’m a worried mom. His breathing was off and his chest congestion was only getting worse going into day 7. I decided to take him in just to get his lungs listened to and his oxygen level checked. I wasn’t even greeted as I came in the door (and I was the only patient there). My child was sobbing and didn’t want to sit still and it felt more than awkward as the staff glared at me. When we finally went back, the nurse tried her best to get his weight but of course he wasn’t wanting to stand still. The nurse was pleasant and talkative and also patient with my son. So far so good- I thought. As the nurse walked out (my child sobbing and I’m sweating at this point) said, “Mike will be with you. I’ll let him know your here”. We waited at least 15 minutes before he came into the room. At one point, I almost had to walk out because my child was just not having it and I felt like they forgot about us. Finally he comes into the room and this is exactly how it went: (Walks in very rushed) Mike: Hi, how are you?” “I’ve been better. He’s dealing with chest congestion that has gotten worse and has RSV and Covid so I just want to get his lungs listened to and make sure he’s ok” Mike: “well i wouldn’t have bundled him up to bring him out on a Friday night, but if you are that concerned I can give him a steroid and antibiotic” “Um ok, I just had my 4 year old in the ER with the same thing and they said that a steroid and antibiotic are not recommended with RSV and Covid” (Finally starts to listen to his lungs as he’s legit talking the whole time- I’m no doctor but how can you thoroughly listen and be speaking the whole time?!) Mike: “he’s sounds great! If you want I can just write the script and you can wait overnight” At this point I honestly can’t remember everything else because I was so checked out on any trust with him knowing what he was doing or talking about. THEN As I’m leaving, like literally walking out the door, he hollers to me- “how much Motrin are you giving him?” I tell him 5ml, and he says “ok I’d give him like 6-7” 😳😳😳 Needless to say, I called the pediatrician on call line right after and they advised to not give the steroid but I should give the antibiotics if it’s been going on this long and getting worse.
