Absolutely amazing! Everyone is so nice and welcoming, the whole place is relaxing. We did a hot stone massage then the salt room and it's exactly what I needed. The heat from the stones helped with muscle pain and tension. I have horrible allergies and the salt room helped clear out my sinuses. Definitely recommend scheduling an appointment. ❤️

So I booked a couples massage for my husband and I for his birthday. It was $250. The lady asked if I wanted to pay cash or card, so I had said over the phone that I would pay cash instead of my card. But she still took down my card. So we get there and get in to do our massages. The massages weren’t bad. The ladies were both very friendly and professional. But my table was constantly squeaking the entire time. The girl that was doing one of the massages was sniffling and chewing gum the entire time. It was not very dark in there, it was pretty bright. All of those things did make it very hard to relax. So we finish our massages and go out to pay. When we arrived, before our appointments, we had filled out paperwork. On my husbands clipboard of papers, they had highlighted something about a birthday discount or something of that sort. And it was his birthday. So we assumed there was a discount, which I don’t think we were wrong to assume. On my clipboard of papers, mine was not highlighted. So when we paid, I said “is there a birthday discount, I saw on his paper it was highlighted”. “Regina” the lady at the front desk said “no, it’s just highlighted to fill it out to receive coupons for your birthday”. I said “oh, ok, I wasn’t sure because mine was not highlighted like his.” She said REAL snotty “I won’t be highlighting that anymore” (not sure why you’d say that to ME, she was the one that highlighted it) and huffing and puffing obviously annoyed that I had even inquired about it. She then said snotty “I need to see the coupon and the paper that you filled out”. Which I had already turned in and explained that to her. She was just real snotty and nasty to me after that for the rest of our time together and it was actually really upsetting because I had just had a massage and then I have to come out and deal with a rude staff member. That took me from my “semi-relaxed” state to frustrated/mad real quick.. Then, she proceeded to tell me that if I pay with my card then there are “hefty fees”, which I was never told over the phone. And I had forgotten to get cash out, so at that point I was forced to use my card. I was appalled when I saw that because I used my card I was charged $16 in fees to use my card!!! That is not okay. And I felt that that should have been mentioned over the phone before coming to my appointment. AND when I looked at the actual receipt, I was charged $275 not $250 like I was told over the phone. So all in all, a total of $350 spent, Sucks to spend that much money and not have a very good experience!!!!! Won’t be back again. The way Regina the front desk associate acted towards me was very rude and unprofessional and honestly, she is the reason I will not come back. I paid a lot of money for the services that I received, it is not that hard to just be respectful and professional. She is the one that made the error. And obviously felt some type of way about me inquiring about it and did not want to own up to her mistake.
