Mike and the UpNorth Softwash team take service and detail seriously. Mike has assisted our family with three homes, several freestanding buildings, decks and, stone walkways - each with different needs. He’s soft washed, pressure washed and removed mildew with speed and accuracy. Most important! No damage to our soft surfaces. Mike’s correspondence is quick & timely. Mike did an outstanding job on our roof! He worked diligently and took the time necessary to ensure a thorough clean while also using gentle cleaning methods. We had some gnarly clumps of moss growing on our roof and around our skylight, and our gutters were badly blocked. Mike took care of everything, and now our roof looks fantastic, the gutters run smoothly, and everything looks sparkly clean. He also took care to make sure surrounding plants and flower beds were unharmed, and cleaned up the mossy mess afterward. Pleasure to work with, highly recommend!
UpNorth was well priced, friendly and very efficient. Both the house and roof looked great after a “soft wash”. Great attention to detail in protecting plants, flowers and furniture. Highly recommend.
