I was having some serious medical issues and hadn't secured a primary care doctor Up North. I called around to several practices and no one was accepting new patients BUT TBIC. Amanda Gross was available and she has been a true lifesaver for me, as we worked together to find a treatment for my anxiety. I love that they have a policy that you must get a yearly physical...something that is so important but many of us don't take the time to do, especially since many things when caught early can be cured/fixed. My appointments are thorough and every concern is always addressed. I am given options which is great, to have a say in my health & wellness plan. Every staff member is beyond pleasant and I have always been able to get an appointment when needed. Honestly, this is the BEST doctor's office I have ever been to and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Prior to my retirement from Traverse Bay Internal Medicine in October, 2023, I had the honor and pleasure of working with most of the current providers at TBIM on a daily basis dating back over as much as a 3 year timeframe. I was impressed by their consistent commitment to delivering comprehensive, compassionate, high quality health care. This is a commitment that they have continued to uphold. It is with the utmost of confidence that I have referred numerous friends and family members to the primary care providers at TBIM and will continue to do so.

This is the best office ever! The team is caring and compassionate. Never wait for more than a few minutes to be called back. Very responsive returning calls. Marie, Tara, Dr Pohl and the front girls are amazing! Tara helped me transfer when I needed a new PCP. Can't say enough about them. If your looking for great PCP's this is your place.
