I am 60 days in on a spinal adjustment regimen. Let me start with, I’m 23. I’ve had issues with my lower spine starting young. Was diagnosed at 17. From there, everything was a struggle. No one knew how to help me, I was in pain all the time. Yes, again at 23. No one should feel this way at a young age. All I got told was I needed surgery, it wasn’t gonna heal, I couldn’t do anything.

Shift Health Center has been the first chiropractor to get me to a place where I’m not in pain after work for the first time in 8 years! They don’t focus on “cliche chiro cracks” while adjusting. Each person has a timeline of progress (you are not expected to be a patient forever). Every staff member is genuinely kind and cares about you.
