Fisher came out and did a maintenance check on my ac unit. He was very knowledgeable and enjoyable. Sheren has been my furnace, ac and plumbing provider for years and their quality of work is exceptional.
Great service along with fair pricing is what we’re all looking for. I called Sheren at 7pm with an after hours request and was greeted with kindness, my information taken with ease, and promptly contacted by our technician Fisher. He confirmed our address and emergency pricing and arrived shortly after that call.
Fisher provided excellent service, and knowledge, to keep our system running in top form. He accurately diagnosed the problem and confirmed all repairs/pricing before proceeding. From a grateful Dad and husband - THANK YOU!
Absolutely outstanding service all around! These guys made a great first impression and we will absolutely be repeat customers as the need arises. DTE stopped by today to replace our gas meter at no cost at their own request, couldn’t get our water heater started again after they were done, told us we’d have to contact an HVAC company ourselves to get it started up again, then up and left essentially leaving us with no help and no hot water. I called Sheren at 2:21pm, customer service was amazing, and they were here minutes later with our water heater back up and running by 3:13.
