We used SERVPRO when we had our water main in our basement leak. Drywall, carpet, and books on our bookshelf were all damaged. SERVPRO came out and removed damaged materials and restored everything (except some books which were wrinkled, moldy and beyond saving) to like it never happened. They responded quickly, were very professional, and answered all of my questions very well. I could tell they knew what they were talking about especially since I have worked many years in the construction industry in the past. I hope nobody has water damage in their home, but highly recommend SERVPRO if you need their help!
I have had 3 experiences with SERVPRO and all 3 were handled Professionally and promptly. Their workers careful in pulling out vinyl plank flooring, and stacked it in the garage for reuse. They cleaned up all trash and checked back several times to ensure that things were drying out. I would recommend them without hesitation.
