Serra Volvo Parts

I only give this dealership 1 star because I can't give it zero. I was in a MINOR accident 6/2023. Volvo has taken over 6 months to get the parts for this car and they are still waiting for others. Who knows when I will actually get my car back. They can't even give me a timeline. Second, the service department is still finding issues after the car has been sitting there for half a year. Avoid Volvo and Serra dealerships altogether unless you don't want to see your car for months on end.
