We knew we had some minor leaks in our garage roof and initially intended to just reroof that part of our home. We had 3 companies look over the job and we found out from the first contractor that there were already two layers of shingles on the rest of the house from the previous owner. I didn't like that and decided to restart with a clean deck and reroof the whole house. It had been over 20 years since the over-roofing. All 3 contractors were responsive and made prompt visits of the house after my inquiries. The prices were also pretty close to each other. Preferred did an excellent job replacing our membrane roof and also repaired the structure of two flat roof sections of our house after our previous roof failed and caused the deck and joists to rot. Tony was very honest and fair. His staff worked efficiently and communicated well.
Tony and his excellent crew installed a new roof on our home. We couldn't be happier with the quality of work and expediency of the installation. This is a very professional outfit. They protected surrounding gardens during the tearoff and cleaned up daily. Very efficient and pleasant to work with. We love our new roof!
