Austin, our service tec was on time, very friendly and completed the work quickly. He also went above what he was there for and cleaned the ac filters. Precision is a great company.
I worked with Precision to replace a neighbor’s hot water heater and tune up the furnace and AC. This was fairly complicated because I was helping a sick neighbor’s kids who live down state. There were a lot of players in the mix and communication, paying, and coordination were all fairly complicated. The front staff was excellent in managing the situation. Very responsive and they had everything completed within 18 hours.
