Very happy how Scott Lukowski presented FSM & their work..explained procedure & showed pictures how work is done….and the outcome after work is done…i’m a woman & clueless about this type of work… but i was happy & excited for work to start,

FSM was recommended to us to get our crawl space encapsulated so I scheduled a visit to get a quote. Larry M. texted me a few hours before his appointment to see if he could come early which I agreed to. He showed up right as he said he would and assessed our crawl space. He answered all of our questions, walked us through the process, and showed us the pictures of what I crawl space currently looks like. He also gave us before and after photos of other projects so we knew what it would look like. He broke down costs, explained what each line item meant, and financing. Will Irvine was on time, very professional and pleasant while preforming him inspection. I'm very pleased with all of FSM work and have has excellent results. Should have done this mush earlier
