I don't understand these reviews. I literally drive 1.5 hours to see my Dr. when I could easily choose one within miles of where I live. I originally chose Crystal Lake because I thought I'd be moving to TC but instead moved to Petoskey but still stayed with Crystal Lake because I like them ans the drive is worth it even though I do have to see the Dr. quite often. I have no problem whatsoever getting in, being referred out, being heard or anything. I have had Dr. Jackson for years and now Danielle Koch. Equally satisfied with both. I mean, I don't smoke pot then complain about having issues with my Dr. and my ADHD like one of the complainers here.

I saw Chris P. A. today and was NOT impressed! He was very short tempered with me and I felt as though I was a huge imposition on him and his time! I felt like he didn't want to hear me answer his questions and that he was just trying to get rid of me so that he could do whatever else was on his agenda. Would not want to see him again and I feel sorry for the next PERSON who does!

Crystal lake clinic is just okay. Just don't be there 10 minutes late or they will turn you away and reschedule you. I make my appointments on time 99% of the time and have to wait a good 1 hour to see my doctor sometimes. I'd probably go somewhere else for your family care physician. Crystal Lake is just the big brand in town.
