Cordia at Grand Traverse Commons

Cordia at Grand Traverse Commons is a wonderful senior residential club and community. It is a very nice facility, certainly the best in the area, where residents can live independently in nice rooms of just the right size. The staff is amazing, friendly, professional, helpful, and top notch. They all know your name, perform their duties with efficiency, and make everyone feel welcome, safe, and cared for. The community is active and social, with a good and wide variety of shared activities. These range from fitness classes and an amazing exercise program to several weekly forums focusing on art and music appreciation, current events, and films. Residents are often treated to special concerts from the nearby Interlochen arts academy. The opportunity to dine and socialize with other members adds a wonderful dimension. The daily menus offer several delicious choices, and the food is excellent. It is a safe place with attentive wellness and medical staff if needed. Moving to Cordia is described as one of the best decisions, making the next chapter of life truly enjoyable and providing great reassurance to family. It is very highly recommended.
