Promised to come get eyes on the project as soon as the roof was clear and dried of snow. I got in touch once in March, once in April, and once in May to ask if they could go take a look and tell me what needed to be done. Finally showed up, unannounced, on June 1 (I was not home). He informed me the crew leader wouldn't touch a metal roof (even though they knew it was metal when they came out in March) but would shingle it for me. Signed a contract to have my roof repaired with this company. Was told it would be completed in 2-8 weeks. After 8 weeks went and still no fix I emailed asking for a completion date so I could have the interior of my house repaired from water damage as well. Was told within 10 days. Waited another 2 weeks and still nothing. For the next 5 weeks Ross Williams would not return a single email, call, or text message. In total I wasted 15 weeks waiting for this guy to come fix my roof. That's 15 weeks of water continuing to come into my house and 15 weeks of holding up the company that was already paid to fix the interior of my house. Great team, very nice management. I felt they were fair in pricing, hardworking, gracious to me as a home owner during the process, cleaned up at the end of the day. House looks great. A process that can be stressful was not because this was such a great team. Thank you for your hard work and excellent outcome
