Salesman was totally disinterested helping with a service appointment , then lied to me about what the service dept. said , when he never spoke to them. Service then called and said I missed my app and was rude when I said I not only was there on time but was told by the salesman that service said nothing could be done to fix the car. Run to any other Subaru dealer!I will never go back! I am disgusted the I bought a car from them!

I would not take my Car here if someone paid me they tried to tell me that my fuel injectors and the fuel rail was not covered under the powertrain warranty, 5 year/100,000 miles. I called Cadillac direct and they sent me everything that was covered under the powertrain warranty, and when I showed it to Todd the service manager he insisted that it was not covered even though Cadillac assistance told me it was. They wanted me to pay them $2,500.00 to preform the repairs that were covered under warranty. I ended up having my 2009 Cadillac CTS4 3.6DI towed to Bill Marsh and guess what it was all covered under warranty. If anyone has had issues like this I would highly recommend... read full review

I came in because three messages came across the dash monitor. I was told within 30 minutes that both wheel hub assemblies needed to be replaced, based on the computer message alone. I had to replace both wheel hub assemblies after driving the car for only 4,000 miles. That in itself was a HUGE disppointment, since I was given a long list of all the things that were checked before I purchased the car, and yet the right side hub assembly (wheel bearing) came out in three pieces it was so bad. Then your technician tells me I need new ones based on a computer message alone? Obviously they had never put the car on a lift before you wanted over $1,000 worth or repairs.
