The bar has been set! We just moved to Michigan. Dr Fain took the time to review both our dog’s veterinary history from out of state, made suggestions as to how we can move forward with different vaccines based on his experience in this area of the country, and helped us navigate some bloodwork results that needed treatment. His staff has made notes on every phone call and visit we’ve had, which he also took the time to review. Easily outclasses any vet we’ve ever been to, best-in-class staff, and everyone is kind, caring, and friendly. Thank you Bay West Animal Clinic!

I love this vet office!! Both vets are so very nice and I trust them! The office staff is so friendly and efficient… I have always felt comfortable visiting their office. I respect the way they run this business. I have been to numerous vets over the years, living in various other states. Hands down the best experience. They explain things in a way that isn’t overwhelming. So when you leave you feel informed and your pet children have the best outcome. I used another vets office locally for me and I ask questions, they seemed to be frustrated and cut me off when I was explaining behavior issues. This is the best vet we've ever taken our dogs to! Dr. Fahey and all of the staff are extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable, and it is very obvious they all love what they do. The care is always very personalized and reasonably priced. Highly recommend BayWest!!!
