We have had great experiences working with AMO. They communicate well, stand behind their work, and go over and above what your expectations are. These spruces are our latest addition, but they have built two retaining walls and re- graveled our drive and all have been done with good attention to detail.

After having to go to 12 contractors for patio quotes, we were losing hope it would ever be done. We only wanted three quotes, but between some not showing for scheduled appointments, others meeting with us then saying they would provide quotes and didn't, and more never replying to our calls or emails we had to keep going out to find more contractors. The 12th one was Kevin Barnowski with AMO, and he was fantastic! He arrived promptly for the appointment, listened to our questions and answered them, walked us through the process, provided suggestions and ideas to get us the patio of our dreams within our budget. When he said he would get back with us by a certain time, he did and he patiently answered more questions from us as we went through the process. We felt listened to and taken care of, which helped to alleviate our concerns with a project that is sizable to us in scope and price. The team that performed the deck removal and patio installation were great as well. The lead, Gerry (I hope the spelling is correct!) walked us through the details of the installation process and what to expect and said he welcomed questions and for us to tell them what we want as they are performing the work in case we wanted something different. So we did :) and they stayed true to their word and were professional. Kevin checked in almost every day and made sure we were happy with everything. While getting to this point was frustrating and disappointing, it led us to AMO and Kevin and it turned out wonderfully!
